1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how you use the site. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags.

3. Essential Cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to operate. They handle authentication tokens, session identifiers, and security features like CSRF protection. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using the Service.
4. Functional Cookies
Functional cookies enhance your experience by remembering choices you make (e.g., dark/light theme). If you disable these cookies, some preferences may not persist between sessions.
5. Analytics Cookies
We use PostHog (cloud-hosted) for analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. Analytics cookies (ph_phc_*, ph_*_posthog) are only set when you consent to analytics cookies. Analytics data tracks page views, feature usage, and conversion events. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not share analytics data with advertisers.
6. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies may be set by third-party services we use:
- Coda Payments: Payment processing — sets cookies necessary for secure transactions and fraud prevention
- PostHog: Anonymized usage analytics (page views, feature adoption, conversion tracking) — requires your analytics cookie consent
These third parties have their own privacy policies governing the data they collect.
7. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through several methods:
- Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using the Service.
- Device settings: Mobile devices offer settings to limit tracking and clear stored data.
- Opt-out links: Some analytics providers offer direct opt-out mechanisms via browser extensions.
- Cookie preferences: You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the "Manage Cookies" link in the footer of any page.
8. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. We currently do not alter our data collection practices based on DNT signals, but we do not engage in cross-site tracking.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
10. Contact Us
